* Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
* Discuss members' financial needs and provide solutions through multiple remote technology channels.
* Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and more.
* Maintain a strong working knowledge of careerzynith's products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to members through various digital channels.
* Resolve member inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
* Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
* Open and close deposit accounts, as well as process online membership applications.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with careerzynith's policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
* Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
* Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
