We're a middle-of-excellence approach to improvement and choice making, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you'll provide dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You'll be responsible for conducting forecasting, root-cause analysis, processing, quality assurance, and ad-hoc business analysis, as well as providing analytical support to the local operation and partners throughout the division. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and perform analyses from start to finish * Build dashboards and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data * Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitor data quality and document accuracy; improve if needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply progressive analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with today's data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **Why Join arenaflex?** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual who is passionate about data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
