As a Customer Travel Representative, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences, and providing them with expert advice and guidance to create unforgettable memories. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Travel Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Researching various destinations and travel options to stay up-to-date on the latest trends, prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews. * Diagnosing client specifications and suggesting suitable travel packages and/or services that meet their unique needs and preferences. * Organizing travel from beginning to end, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to create a stress-free and enjoyable experience for our clients. * Supplying travelers with pertinent information and useful travel material to help them prepare for their trip. * Collecting deposits and managing client payments in a timely and efficient manner. * Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional material to sell itineraries and tour packages to our clients. * Handling unforeseen issues and determining eligibility for credits/refunds in a fair and transparent manner. * Maintaining relationships with key persons, including clients, vendors, and colleagues. * Keeping financial statements and documents up-to-date and accurate. * Asking for help and guidance when needed to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Customer Travel Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Proficiency in English; multilingualism is a plus. * Exemplary sales skills and a customer-centric approach. * Well-versed in various areas of travel, including domestic, international, business, holidays, groups, and individual travel. * Ability to present, persuade, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. * Demonstrate ability to handle crises and unexpected situations in a calm and professional manner. * Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. * Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team to achieve common goals. **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for success as a Customer Travel Representative at arenaflex: * Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service. * Knowledge of various travel software and systems. * Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. **Benefits** As a Customer Travel Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy the following benefits: * Flexible schedule, with the option to work from anywhere in the United States. * Opportunity to work with the best vendors in the industry. * Full training is provided, so no experience is necessary. * Travel perks, including discounts on travel packages and services. * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team of travel experts. * Flexible schedule, with the option to work 4-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. **Requirements** To apply for this position, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. * Must have a reliable internet connection, computer, or smartphone. * Must be available to attend live and recorded trainings and meetings. * Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be willing to learn and adapt. * Must be able to work independently, but also as part of a team to achieve common goals. **Compensation** This is a 1099 position, which means that you'll be considered an independent contractor. As such, you'll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
