As a French-English Chat and Email Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be a vital part of our customer experience team, working remotely from Bulgaria. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer issues via chat services, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other nonverbal platforms. You'll be the difference between an average and exceptional customer experience, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile.
