[Remote] Data Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions that support healthcare operations, analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processesBuild and optimize data solutions within Azure cloud environments, including Azure Synapse and Azure Data FactoryIntegrate data from multiple sources through APIs and other system integration methodsDevelop and support data analytics and reporting solutions using Power BIEnsure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across data platformsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions supporting healthcare and VA initiativesManage and track development activities using Agile methodologies and tools such as JiraTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the projectSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field4+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting data engineering solutions in enterprise data and analytics environmentsExperience developing data solutions using Python, Spark, SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing technologiesExperience with GitHub, data integration, and data analytics solutionsExperience supporting data analytics initiatives within enterprise IT environmentsExperience supporting Federal government programs and consulting engagementsProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioStrong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting healthcare organizations, federal agencies, or Veterans Affairs (VA) programsFamiliarity with VA platforms and technologies, including CX Insights, Lighthouse APIs, Medallia, or similar veteran-facing systemsExperience integrating enterprise applications and data sources through APIs and other system integration methodsKnowledge of Azure cloud-native services and modern data platform architecturesExperience using Jira or similar Agile project management and collaboration toolsAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearanceBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.401(k) with Employer Match.Paid Time Off (PTO) and Federal Holidays.Corporate Laptop.Professional Development and Training Opportunities.100% Remote Opportunity.Company OverviewVetsEZ provides IT services & solutions such as data solutions, software solutions, PMO, and competitive edge solutions.
