[Remote] Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst

They are seeking a Lead SAP Data Migration Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, focusing on data analysis, profiling, quality assessment, and migration readiness activities.ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on data analysis, profiling, sourcing, and validation activities to support SAP S/4HANA migration effortsLead data quality assessment and cleansing activities within SAP ECC source systemsPartner with business stakeholders to identify and remediate data quality issuesSupport migration readiness, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activitiesCollaborate with downstream data consumers to ensure data quality and consistencyCommunicate data findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and business teamsSkills6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality initiativesHands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environmentsStrong experience in data profiling, data sourcing, data validation, and data cleansingDeep understanding of SAP Finance data domains, including GL, AP, AR, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Customers, and VendorsExperience using Databricks and/or Alteryx for data analysis and profilingStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projectsFamiliarity with Azure Data Lake (ADLS) and medallion architecture conceptsUnderstanding of information architecture, data domains, and system interfacesExperience supporting downstream reporting, analytics, or data consumption initiativesCompany OverviewSSi People, located in Cranberry Township, PA, is an organization with over 25 years of staffing industry experience across various labor verticals in the United States, serving Fortune 1000 companies.
