**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)
* 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or analytics role, preferably in a consumer-facing web business or high-growth product company
* Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
* Experience with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPIs for business success
* Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and identify actionable insights

* Experience with functional excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting
