As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. **Job Overview**

The Data Entry Specialist and QC personnel at arenaflex are responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring the accuracy and quality of our documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
* Collaborating with the QC team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our documentation

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Type 40-50 WPM or higher
