As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for logging real-time data for all tasks completed throughout the day, assisting Account Managers with reviewing open shipping requests, and verifying customer and account data. **Key Responsibilities**
* Log real-time data for all tasks completed throughout the day
* Assist Account Managers by reviewing open shipping requests, except for any HOT requests
* Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
* Update customer and account information as necessary
* Collaborate with the team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols
**Preferred Qualifications**
