Marketing Manager
What Will You Do?
As a Marketing Manager at Smartpricing, your focus will be on international markets, and you will play a key role in driving growth across these regions. You will develop and execute marketing strategies across our products, focusing on lead generation, revenue growth, and client acquisition. Your responsibilities include:Lead generation and revenue growth: drive the generation of MQLs and contribute to revenue growth in international markets, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads to support sales.Market and product mastery: develop a strong understanding of the market, products, and customer journey to design aligned and innovative marketing strategies.Channel experimentation and optimization: experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels, continuously optimizing for effectiveness to meet OKRs and improve team operations.Innovation and creativity: stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies and creatively engage target audiences.Project leadership and management: lead marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful execution within budget and objectives.Performance analysis and improvement: analyze marketing performance data, gain insights, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve strategies and campaigns.Cross-functional collaboration: collaborate with sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and leverage external partnerships.
What Are We Looking For?
5 plus years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or startups/scale-ups.Proficiency in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Strong skills in market research and analysis. Experience in project management and budget management.Expertise with marketing automation, CRM systems, and ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).Strong copywriting skills for creating compelling marketing content, including ads, emails, and web content.Ability to create compelling content and manage creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).English - native speakerGerman speaking (not essential)
