**Position Overview**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data analysis solutions to meet the needs of our business stakeholders. You will work closely with our development team to develop and maintain our web and cloud applications, ensuring that our data is accurate, reliable, and secure. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization will help us make informed business decisions and drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
* Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings
* Design and develop packages for internal clients
* Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues
* Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Required Qualifications**
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of careerzynith systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
**Required Education**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
