Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and quality control. This is an excellent opportunity for college students to gain valuable work experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and use various tools, including power tools, cranes, and production equipment. Maintain a consistent pace throughout the shift with a focus on quality (i.e., within relevant quality standards). Keep accurate and reliable attendance records. Complete administrative tasks required for production records. Read, understand, and follow established processes and guidelines. Observe all safety guidelines and regulations strictly and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Participate in the continuous improvement process. Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader. Stay at work beyond 40 hours as required and ordered by production schedules. Essential Qualifications 18 years old or older. Basic knowledge of computers. Able to read, understand, and communicate in English. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. Ability to bend, twist, turn, stoop, and squat. Stand and walk for eight hours a day and reach above constantly. Use air/power/vibrating tools and perform solid, pincher holding. Work safely around moving equipment, power tools, and industrial vehicles. Repetitive use of extremities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Previous experience in data entry, production, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations. Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in using computers and have basic knowledge of software applications.
