As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database in real-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or making calls to our manufacturers during business hours. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company, develop your skills, and grow with our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter information into our database in real-time, including quote requests, new companies/contacts, and incoming purchase-orders * Update job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other relevant information in our database * Send emails and/or make calls to our manufacturers during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time) * Provide occasional in-person support at local functions, such as bi-annual trade shows and site visits * Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and processing * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our database and systems * Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and manufacturers * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with CRM systems and databases * Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer relationships and business growth * Familiarity with trade shows and events, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and support * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues * Certification in data entry or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Entry Specialist) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and manufacturers * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
