Behavior Technician / RBT - Part Time

Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.Position: ABA Technician As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.Responsibilities:Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)Conduct ABA therapy sessionsBuild positive relationships with clients and their familiesAssist with obtaining necessary wraparound servicesProvide support and resources to clients and their familiesQualifications:High school diploma required; college degree preferredRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plusAt least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilitiesStrong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping othersEffective communication skillsAvailability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.Valid driver's license and reliable transportationProfessional Growth We are committed to your professional development.
