Key Responsibilities

Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry, utilizing organizational skills to prioritize tasks
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure data integrity
Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Scanning documents and printing files as needed, utilizing office equipment efficiently
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to data integrity and security policies
Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files, providing excellent customer service
Complying with data integrity and security policies, ensuring the proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions


Essential Qualifications

Proven data entry work experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk, with a strong understanding of data management principles
Experience with MS Office and data programs, including spreadsheets and online forms
Familiarity with administrative duties, including office equipment operation and maintenance
Typing speed and accuracy, with excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
