Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with digital platforms and customer engagement tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to new technology and industry trends.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to assess and communicate complex solutions effectively.
Knowledge of commercial financial products and regulatory requirements.
