This entry-level position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with state and federal laws, as well as company policies.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Compliance Processor I, your key responsibilities will include:
* Transferring data from scanned images into excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
* Auditing and reviewing all required CACFP documentation and systems for compliance compared to state and federal laws, as well as careerzynith policies and procedures
* Submitting state claims and internal reports timely, accurately, and according to all guidelines
* Accurately entering data from state websites and internal forms
* Bringing up compliance concerns and collaborating with the team to resolve them
* Reviewing menus from careerzynith's centers to ensure compliance with CACFP regulations
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Clerical and/or office experience, preferably in a related field
* 10-Key proficiency, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
* The ability to work independently and stay on task, with minimal supervision
* Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
