Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to assist with driving business decisions Analyze client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities Predict content engagement to assist with guiding acquisition decisions Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning procedures: decision trees, regression, classification, etc. Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field A passion for Media and Entertainment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
