You'll be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to our customers. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations * Process new patient enrollments, entering information into our systems and ensuring accuracy * Investigate and resolve missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) and resolving exemptions * Operate automated equipment, sorting medications, progressing stock through various workflow stages with an emphasis on quality control * Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, package, and ship medications * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality control standards * Resolve external exceptions by investigating, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Obtain and maintain a valid pharmacy technician certification or registration within the first 90 days of employment **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic computer skills, including starting and closing software, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, or accessing information online * Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back or forward buttons, and completing online forms * Transitional-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) * Ability to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, despite reasonable accommodation * Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, despite reasonable accommodation * Willingness to work an adaptable shift * 18 years or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, fulfillment, or call center environment * Experience providing customer support to internal and external customers, including meeting quality and efficiency standards for services * Required certification or registration as a pharmacy technician by the state Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification organization * Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $35-$45 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holidays * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * A dynamic and supportive work environment **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
