As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, billing, and technical support
* Utilize probing question skills to gather information and resolve customer issues
* Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers cancellation and suspend requests
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to provide exceptional customer service
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
* Excellent Internet connectivity:
