**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our collectors via phone, email, and live chat. You'll be the face of careerzynith, and your passion for pop culture and customer service will shine through in every interaction.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, your typical day will be filled with exciting opportunities to help our collectors. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:
* Provide exceptional support to our collectors via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to careerzynith.
* Help collectors pre-order and track their orders, including Life Size Iron Man and Boba Fett statues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shipping, delivery, and order production.
* Navigate complex order situations, including returns and refunds, with a calm and professional demeanor.
* Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support for our collectors.
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on careerzynith products and services.
* Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Desired Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Open availability, including seasonal overtime opportunities during peak windows.
* Support phone, email, and chat experience is a plus, but we're looking for candidates who can tell their story and demonstrate their passion for customer service.
* Ability to relay detailed information about our ordering process in a clear and concise manner.
* Share order/processing feedback with detail and precision with teammates and other key stakeholders.
* Consistently strives to meet team-wide performance goals of satisfaction and knowledge sharing.
* Thinks outside the box to find creative solutions for internal systems.
* Multitasker who is calm under pressure and can patiently navigate ambiguous order situations.
* Able to handle tough conversations with customers and efficiently de-escalate calls and chats.
* Critical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Knowledge of Smartsheet, CRM Tools, PM Software, and ERP/Management software.
* High level of efficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and standard PC software.
**Bonus Skills**
While not required, the following skills will catch our eye:
* Business-to-customer support experience with an online retailer.
* Pop Culture, Studio, or Start-Up experience will be a major plus.
* HelpScout, iAdvize, Zopim, Twilio, or similar CRM/support software experience.
* Experience with MAS500 or similar SAGE/ERP software.
* Proven analytical and quantitative skills will sweeten the deal.
