**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service to internal Account Management teams, clients, and Wellness Program participants through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Entering and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data in our database, ensuring high levels of data integrity and quality.
* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service and data entry activities.
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion and professionalism.
* Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the Customer Support team.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role.
* Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace, with a strong attention to accuracy and quality.
* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, as well as other communication channels, is a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, with a strong sense of organization and self-motivation.
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items and handle customer information with discretion and professionalism.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Certification in customer service or data entry, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES).
