About the Role Our Customer Success Managers play a critical role in ensuring our top customers achieve their objectives by understanding their unique challenges, advising on customization of our IoT platform, and becoming their long-term partners. This role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, providing a unique opportunity to experience multiple aspects of a hyper-growth company from within. Specifically, this position focuses on Public Sector customers in the US, requiring a deep understanding of their operations and the ability to tailor our solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Ensuring our Public Sector customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations with our IoT platform. Developing joint success plans with customers, outlining their objectives, metrics, timelines, and effectively removing barriers to achieving business value. Orchestrating executive business reviews with customers' decision-makers and our executive leadership, aligning on past successes and upcoming goals. Conducting workshops with customers to understand their current operations and recommending workflow changes to maximize the benefits of our IoT platform. Deeply understanding the blithequark platform's capabilities and explaining them to businesses of all types, including field services, utilities, long-haul transportation, school buses, and more. Serving as a mentor to the wider Customer Success and Support teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance our customer-centric approach. Championing, role-modeling, and embedding blithequark's cultural principles, such as Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, and Win as a Team, as we scale globally and across new offices. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 2-3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, with a preference for Enterprise SaaS experience. Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence, as this is a demanding position with high internal visibility. Experience supporting or working with technical products, with a solutions-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills. A proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, including executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users of our software. A passion for going above and beyond the call of duty, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment. Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues. A Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution. Preferred Qualifications An ideal candidate also has: A strong bias for action, the ability to think big, and insistence on high standards. Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations. The ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environment.
