Film Distribution Specialist (Remote | Full-time or Part-time)

✨ About Us Forest Dream Media is a Southern California–based media company specializing in content creation, influencer marketing, e-commerce, and digital distribution. We are expanding our film and series distribution division and are looking for an experienced professional who understands Filmhub and international content acquisition. Position: Film Distribution SpecialistKey Responsibilities • Manage film and series distribution through Filmhub, including uploading assets, metadata optimization, QC, and platform submissions. • Research, evaluate, and acquire non-US films or series suitable for distribution in the U.S. market. • Navigate the full Filmhub distribution workflow and deliver content to platforms such as: • Amazon Prime Video • Tubi • Roku Channel • Plex • Peacock • Samsung TV+ • Other AVOD / FAST / TVOD platforms • Track submission statuses, platform feedback, and release timelines. • Communicate with rights holders, producers, and content owners to gather required assets (trailers, key art, subtitles, metadata, etc.). • Ensure all materials meet platform delivery standards. • Analyze platform performance and provide optimization recommendations. Requirements • Hands-on experience with Filmhub is required. • Strong understanding of AVOD, FAST, and TVOD distribution platforms. • Experience with international content licensing or distribution is highly preferred. • Ability to evaluate foreign dramas/films for U.S. distribution potential. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Excellent English reading/writing skills; Chinese bilingual ability is a plus. • Detail-oriented, self-driven, able to work independently. • Remote work environment; flexible hours.
