Your key responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities * **Trusted Technical Advisor**: Develop and maintain deep, technical relationships with our customers, serving as their go-to expert for all things cloud HPC. * **Technical Leadership**: Lead technical activities from deployment to user training and support, ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of arenaflex solutions. * **Collaboration and Planning**: Work closely with arenaflex Solutions Architects to plan and execute successful deployments of our solutions, driving customer satisfaction and growth. * **Technical Analysis and Onboarding**: Independently analyze customer technical needs, requirements, infrastructure, operations, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. * **Digital Transformation Strategy**: Collaborate with customers to define and execute their digital transformation strategy, migrating workloads from on-prem to the cloud and driving business value. * **Thought Leadership**: Articulate and present arenaflex solutions at conferences, user groups, webinars, and other industry events, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in cloud HPC. * **Product Feedback and Improvement**: Collaborate with Product Management to provide feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement of our ScaleX platform and ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers. ### Essential Qualifications * **Customer Obsession**: Your top priority is delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong, lasting relationships. * **Empathy and Problem-Solving**: You approach customer solutions with empathy, using your technical expertise to find creative, effective solutions to complex problems. * **Technical Experience**: You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in software, hardware, or cloud technologies. * **Education**: You hold a B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or an equivalent field. ### Preferred Qualifications * **Enterprise Cloud Experience**: You have 3 years of experience in enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical roles, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and its applications. * **HPC Discipline Knowledge**: You have general knowledge in at least one high-performance computing (HPC) discipline, such as CFD, FEA, Molecular Dynamics, Weather Forecasting, Computational Chemistry, Reservoir (Seismic) Simulation, Media Rendering, Machine Learning, or Financial applications. * **Enterprise Customer Experience**: You have experience working with enterprise customers in one or more of the industry verticals we serve, including aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil & gas, semiconductor, EDA, federal sector, or other related fields. * **HPC Simulation Software**: You have experience with at least one HPC simulation software package, such as ANSYS, Siemens, Dassault Systèmes, COMSOL, AVL, Altair, PTC, Cadence, Synopsys, Autodesk, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, or NAMD. * **Presentation and Communication**: You're an effective presenter, able to communicate complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand manner. * **Project Management**: You have experience managing multiple complex projects, coordinating with colleagues across diverse teams and locations. * **HPC, Scheduler, and Scripting Knowledge**: You have a strong understanding of HPC, scheduler, IaaS, scripting languages, and how these tools are used and deployed by customers. ### What We Offer * **Competitive Compensation**: A salary range of $110K - $160K, depending on experience. * **Opportunities for Growth**: A dynamic, innovative environment that encourages learning, growth, and professional development. * **Diverse and Inclusive Culture**: A welcoming, collaborative culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. * **Comprehensive Benefits**: A range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. ### How to Apply If you're a motivated, customer-focused professional with a passion for cloud HPC and enterprise solutions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
