The application deadline is: 05/13/2026 SUMMARY The Business Systems Team ensures the reliability and evolution of the core platforms that power Wiz. Composed of administrators, developers, and analysts, the team maintains and optimizes these systems to support company growth. Our focus is on practical execution and system health to meet Wiz’s broader business objectives. As the Manager, Salesforce Platform, you will oversee a team of Administrators and Developers, acting as the operational lead for our seasoned team. This role is for an action-oriented, data-driven leader who can build the processes and infrastructure needed to support a group of technical experts. You will work independently to identify gaps in tooling, workflows, and standards, implementing the structures necessary to keep our Salesforce ecosystem secure, performant, and scalable. A successful candidate thrives on creating order out of ambiguity. You should be an expert at using data to drive team performance and maintain a high standard for execution. Your goal is to ensure the team adopts efficient delivery methodologies while maintaining Salesforce as a robust foundation for our GTM strategy. WHAT YOU’LL DO Team Leadership: Manage a team of Admins and Developers, focusing on career development, skill-gap identification, and a high-performance culture. Performance Analytics: Track KPIs to measure engineering velocity, deployment success, and platform health to drive continuous improvement. Process Engineering: Autonomously identify and bridge gaps in internal workflows, from intake and grooming to deployment and documentation. Resource Optimization: Analyze how contributors interact with the development pipeline to ensure balanced workloads and remove roadblocks. Tooling & Infrastructure: Evaluate and implement DevOps, monitoring, and QA tools to empower the team and ensure platform stability. Platform Stewardship: Own the health and uptime of the Salesforce environment for the GTM organization. DevOps Strategy: Refine internal standards and own the CI/CD pipeline for automated, low-risk deployments. Quality Governance: Enforce rigorous QA and UAT protocols to balance business agility with platform stability. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Leadership Experience: 5+ years of people management, with a track record of leading technical experts through high-growth cycles. Analytical Mindset: Data-centric approach; able to build dashboards and reports that reflect team health and project progress. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge: 5+ years of Salesforce experience. Technical literacy to provide guidance on best practices for declarative and programmatic solutions. Execution Mastery: Experience building and scaling engineering processes and using metrics to improve team performance. Critical Thinking: Ability to work independently to diagnose process or tooling gaps and implement effective solutions. DevOps Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce-specific CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Flosum) and Git-based version control. Agile Expertise: Proficiency with Jira and Agile to extract performance data and team metrics. Change Management: Ability to influence technical teams and gain buy-in for new processes through logical, data-backed arguments. The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
