**Job Description**

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through sales and customer engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Guiding customers through their order and processing them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology
* Communicating with positive, friendly customers via phone, email, and chat
* Helping customers navigate their accounts and resolving product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions
* Providing knowledgeable and accurate answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
* Working with internal departments to meet our customers' needs and resolve complex issues
* Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* **Minimum Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 2+ years of customer service experience; sales experience a plus
