**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This includes data entry, follow-up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
* Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Follow up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Compile reports from systems with claims information
* Collaborate with our team to resolve client issues and concerns
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to submit to a background investigation
* Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
* Knowledge of claims management systems and processes
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
