You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading organization in the benefits industry and make a real difference in the lives of our members. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound and outbound calls from union members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Conduct consultations and discussions with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients * Develop and maintain strong relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders * Participate in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services remain competitive and of the highest quality **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Exceptional customer service and interaction skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust with clients * Upbeat and beneficial mindset, with a positive energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to interact successfully with individuals and teams, including management and staff members * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Legally licensed to operate in the US, Canada, or UK **Preferred Qualifications** * Customer Service and/or Consumer Sales experience, preferably in a union or benefits-related environment * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with benefits industry software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
