As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving issues with empathy and tact.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.
* Building and developing valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with empathy, tact, and patience.
* Communicating course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
* Assisting with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A positive and outgoing personality.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
* A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills.
* Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
+ 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience
+ Knowledgeable with MS Office and Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.)
+ Experience with any (or all) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, Genesys phone systems.
+ Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.
