**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support and resolving issues efficiently.
* Providing product information, assisting with order processing, and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
