We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HTML Data Entry Assistant to support our digital content and administrative teams. Job Description:
As an HTML Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for inputting, editing, and maintaining web-based data and content using HTML. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with formatting guidelines. This position is part-time with flexible scheduling options and offers weekly pay.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic understanding of HTML and web formatting tags.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to type at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Input and format data using HTML for various digital platforms.
Ensure consistency in layout, style, and web accessibility.
Identify and correct formatting or data inconsistencies.
Collaborate with design, development, and editorial teams.
Maintain up-to-date records of content edits and updates.
Follow digital content standards and version control practices.
