As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We offer opportunities for growth and development, and our employees are encouraged to take ownership of their careers and pursue their passions. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
