About the Role We are currently seeking service-minded individuals with exceptional communication skills to fill several sales and customer service representative positions. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with union members, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage in inbound and outbound calling to connect with potential and existing clients, addressing their queries, and providing information about our benefits packages. Demonstrate basic computer knowledge to efficiently manage client data, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure quality control.
