As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing orders, researching and resolving requests, and utilizing product knowledge to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. You'll also be responsible for fostering open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels, and providing guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, and provide pricing, availability, and schedule information within established guidelines. * Research and obtain resolution of customer inquiries, expediting the delivery of selected orders and tracking order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. * Service as a communication link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness and foster open communication internally and externally. * Provide guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff, and perform other similar and related duties as required. * Collaborate with sales staff to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. * Utilize product knowledge to improve sales and maintain customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management. **Qualifications** * A.S. degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer environment/position. * Experience with manufacturing or electrical industry required. * Experience with Salesforce preferred. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with close attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. * Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, email, and meeting management software. * Ability to use the internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively. * Must be proficient with mainframe order entry application, with demonstrated ability to type 50 w.p.m. with 100% accuracy. * Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment. * Must have demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Ability to give and receive detailed/complex information in an understandable way. * Presentation and training experience a plus. * Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions. **Salary and Benefits** * Competitive salary range: $38,000 - $48,000. * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. * Distinctive benefits, including a high employer 401K match, above-benchmark paid maternity and parental leave, paid time off to volunteer, and an active/growing Employee Resource Group network. * Opportunity for career growth and professional development. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a global leader in electrical and digital building infrastructures. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as distinctive benefits like a high employer 401K match and paid time off to volunteer. * Opportunity for career growth and professional development. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
