Remote Contractor – LearnDash | WordPress LMS Developer

We are looking for a remote contractor with strong hands-on expertise in LearnDash and / or WordPress LMS development. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of direct experience working with LearnDash, understands the unique needs of online IT schools, and can design, implement, and optimize e-learning features for a smooth student experience. Responsibilities: • Develop, customize, and maintain LearnDash-based LMS websites. • Create and optimize course structures, quizzes, certificates, and reporting features. • Integrate plugins, third-party tools, and APIs for seamless LMS functionality. • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues related to LearnDash and WordPress. • Optimize site performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness. • Collaborate with our team to ensure the LMS supports our training programs effectively. • Training the LMS admin of our team to regularely maintain the platform Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of proven LearnDash development experience (MUST). • Strong knowledge of WordPress LMS platforms, plugins, and themes. • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress architecture. • Experience with payment gateways, e-commerce integrations (WooCommerce preferred). • Prior work with online IT training schools or e-learning platforms (preferred). • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SCORM/xAPI or other e-learning standards. • Familiarity with student analytics, LMS reporting, and automation tools. • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning.
