Look no further… Role Overview You’ll be the operational heartbeat of a world-class Product & Technology organisation building intelligent, clinically-safe, patient-centred AI systems. You thrive in complex, fast-moving environments where delivery excellence, adaptability, and precision are non-negotiable. You’re not a process administrator, you’re a systems-level orchestrator who can read the pulse of engineering teams, shape the cadence of releases, and remove friction so product velocity and quality stay in balance. Key Responsibilities Partner directly with the CPTO, VP Engineering, and Product Leads to drive execution across multiple squads building our Experience, Data, and AI platforms. Transform ambiguity into clarity, ensuring epics, tickets, and dependencies are understood and deliverable. Own sprint hygiene, velocity reporting, and delivery health with the same rigour as code review. Champion continuous improvement: from release retros to OKR tracking, you’ll be the connective tissue between product vision and shipped software. Operate with a builder mindset: automate what’s repetitive, simplify what’s complex, and elevate what’s possible What We’re Looking For Deep practical experience delivering complex, multi-squad products in high-growth or regulated tech environments (health, fintech, deep-tech preferred). Mastery of Agile and Lean delivery methods, but applied with pragmatism not dogma. Technical curiosity: you can read GitHub issues, JIRA boards, and even lightweight code changes. Calm under pressure, detail-driven, and outcome-obsessed. You think like an engineer, deliver like a COO, and communicate like a founder. Why Join JAAQ?
