Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative - Medical Receptionist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to Inquiries: Respond to phone, email, and web portal inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to support service delivery teams and ensure seamless communication. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all regulations, codes, policies, and procedures, ensuring confidentiality and data security. Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service field. Computer Skills: 1 year of experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Knowledge: Knowledge of processes within Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Medical/Healthcare Experience: Experience in the medical or healthcare field is preferred. Confidentiality: Ability to work with and maintain confidential information. Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills. Collaboration: Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers. Office Equipment: Experience operating office equipment such as phones, printers, faxes, and scanners.
