**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You'll be the go-to expert for fashion enthusiasts, helping them shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Your passion for high-end fashion and exceptional service will shine through in every interaction, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
**A Typical Day**
* Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and personalized support
* Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
* Make recommendations of products or services to close sales and exceed customer expectations
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
**What You Bring to the Role**
* An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
* 1 year or more of customer service experience
* 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
* Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
* Computer experience
* High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
* A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative)
* A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
