Designer - 6 month FTC

The Designer role involves creating engaging designs and collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality digital communications that meet client needs. Responsibilities Working on a brief from start to finish Contributing with innovative ideas at creative briefs Creating high-quality design work Image sourcing and digital artworking AI prompting and image generation Designing responsive, customer-centric emails (and more!) Always striving to create work that contributes to client's business goals Staying current with design and marketing trends Learn and grow from constructive feedback Being able to mentor more junior members of the team Taking accountability for flawless design output Delivering work on time and within the scheduled timeframes Designing small animations (simple GIFs) for digital assets Skills Digital design experience on industry standard design frameworks like Figma and Photoshop Self driven and resourceful Good eye for layout, skilled in typesetting and retouching A great teammate that supports their colleagues and doesn't act as an individual Very organised with attention to detail Has a desire to embrace new skills and challenges Experience with Weavy.ai or other node-based AI systems a plus Benefits A flexible, hybrid working policy.
