Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be the face of an iconic global luxury retail brand, providing exquisite, personalized service to exclusive customers. Your fashion sense, appreciation for high-end brands, and exceptional service skills will shine as you support customers in shopping, resolving order inquiries, and addressing issues with white glove treatment. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Conduct research to resolve customer issues, leveraging your knowledge of luxury retail and haute couture to provide personalized recommendations. Utilize your sales skills to close sales and promote products or services that meet customers' needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues. 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment. Strong computer skills, with high-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable USB wired headset (or equivalent). A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android, enabling you to access our systems and tools with ease. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
