Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: ### Customer Experience * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items ### Operations * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested * Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records * Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine * Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at store) ### Training & Personal Development * Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications** * Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment * Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex * Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Familiarity with store systems and store equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
