What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve complex customer service issues
Proficiency in computer applications and technology, including high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
