**Role Overview**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our data management efforts and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer data. **Key Responsibilities**

* Acquire, develop, and manage high-value debts related to new product selection, fee pricing, and customer satisfaction
* Conduct market research to identify product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform
* Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts
* Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
* Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues

**Primary Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree required
* 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG industries
* Demonstrated success in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs
* Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be enthusiastic about success and winning
* Commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills
* Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities
* Ability to work with complex financial data and communicate effectively with stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 2+ years of e-commerce experience
* 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry
* 3+ years of direct sales experience
