* Providing basic technical support as needed to resolve customer inquiries and issues

**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1 year of customer service experience, with 2 years preferred
* An Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
* Medical Terminology and Medical Coding certification upon hire
* 1 year of experience in a patient-facing healthcare environment or insurance registration or insurance billing
