Job Overview arenaflex is seeking experienced and skilled Pharmacy Technicians and Data Entry Specialists to join its team. As a Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you will be the front and center of the company's patient-centric approach, interacting with customers, developing strong patient relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate patient and drug information. If you are a certified Pharmacy Technician, you will also have the opportunity to coach and assist other pharmacy technicians in the operation of pharmacy systems and cashiers. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state, federal, and company policies Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and maintain accurate records Develop strong relationships with patients and customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, engaging customers and patients with courtesy, respect, and empathy Assist with inventory management activities, including ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Maintain knowledge of company asset protection techniques and document claims for warehouse overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods related to Rx medications Support the Pharmacy department in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should also have a strong foundation in math, with the ability to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control are also essential. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar company Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification through the company's training program Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, customers, and colleagues Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
