[Remote] Paragon Payroll Consultant

ROI Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on Paragon system expertise to support a healthcare client during a payroll transition. The role involves processing end-to-end payroll using existing workflows, correcting payroll errors, and partnering with Finance to ensure timely payroll execution.ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll using the client's existing Paragon-based workflows and business processesIdentify and correct payroll errors in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy across all pay cyclesPartner with Finance to ensure bank file transfers and money movement occur on schedule for each payroll cycleProcess Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and apply the downstream impact to employee pay accuratelyServe as a steady operational presence while the client's internal payroll lead focuses on Workday deploymentSkills5+ years of payroll processing experience, with direct hands-on experience on the Paragon payroll systemHealthcare industry background, ideally within a hospital or health system environmentDemonstrated ability to follow established business processes and merge manual workflows with system-based payroll processingStrong attention to detail and a track record of error-free, on-time payroll executionComfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teamsMinimal travel flexibility to establish relationships on-site as neededPrior experience supporting a payroll transition or system implementationFamiliarity with Workday Payroll (not required - but helpful context for the client environment)Company OverviewAcuvance ROI is passionate about elevating healthcare by bringing technology to life, empowering our seasoned consultants to use their gifts, and earning the trust of our customers and partners.
