**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
* Processing customer orders in accordance with established company standards and procedures.
* Resolving routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors as needed.
* Displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
* Documenting activity in our DDF system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
* Consistently checking DDF screens for report results to call back to customers.
* Entering orders manually via our fax process and operating the phone system effectively.
* Adhering to work schedules and performing other duties as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on resolving customer issues.
* Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and execute them efficiently.
* Ability to type 35-40 words per minute, with strong computer knowledge and proficiency.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Medical terminology experience preferred but not required.
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* High-speed internet access for remote work.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and support.
* Experience with medical terminology and coding.
* Strong knowledge of computer systems and software, including CRM and DDF systems.
