**Job Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Answering inbound calls from customers seeking price quotes, booking reservations, and general information
* Accurately inputting customer details into our provided software to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery
* Communicating with customers via WhatsApp and other tools as required to provide timely and effective support
* Logging in and out for your shift consistently and maintaining open communication with your team to ensure seamless service delivery
* Collaborating with other agents while handling calls simultaneously to ensure efficient service delivery and minimize wait times
* Maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times to ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Seeking guidance from your supervisor or colleagues when unsure of how to handle a situation to ensure accurate and effective service delivery

**Shift Availability**

We're looking for individuals who are available to work weekend evenings and overnight shifts. Our available shifts are:

* Evening Shift (Friday – Sunday): 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST (with the option to work Tuesday evenings)
* Overnight Shift (Every Day): 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST

**Compensation**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll earn a competitive hourly rate based on your shift:

* $4.50 per call answered (Evening Shift: 2 PM – 10 PM PST)
* $8.00 per call answered (Overnight Shift: 10 PM – 4 AM PST)
* $2.50 per reservation made (all shifts)

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:

* A reliable smartphone and laptop/computer with quick access to software
* Strong communication skills and the ability to ask for assistance when needed
* A reliable internet connection
* Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)

**Important Notes**

* This position should be considered supplemental income rather than a primary job, as call volume fluctuates based on industry seasonality and events.
* Overnight shifts are extremely slow, but we compensate with a higher payment per call to reflect the unique demands of this shift.
