**Job Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative for careerzynith 3PL Logistics, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to receive and process orders accurately, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for tracking orders, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate customer files. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Communicate with customers to receive and process orders accurately, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment
* Provide timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach
* Track orders for customers and resolve shipping/order issues in a proactive and efficient manner
* Coordinate scheduling pickups with carriers, ensuring seamless logistics operations
* Possess in-depth knowledge of vendor compliance for major department stores, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing
* Maintain and update customer files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Follow-up on orders in progress, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment
* Act as a liaison between customers and all other departments, providing exceptional customer service and support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in 3PL logistics and customer service
* In-depth knowledge of vendor compliance for major department stores
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong math and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately process orders and maintain accurate records
* Fluency in English, with Spanish and English bilingualism a plus
* Good computer skills, with experience using logistics software and systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in customer service and logistics
* Experience working in a 3PL logistics environment
* Knowledge of inventory control and management
* Experience using logistics software and systems
